Phyna came into the limelight in 2021 when she emerged as the winner of the 7th season of the reality show, Big Brother Naija.
Reality star and actress, Ijeoma Josephine Otabor, popularly known as Phyna was on Monday refused entry into a restaurant in Lagos.
This was a result of the 27-year-old starlet wearing a dress that revealed her cleavage.
In a post on her X handle, Phyna called out the restaurant over the incident.
“So, I went to have dinner at one CALI RESTAURANT Abi what they call the place 😂😂😂 omo they said I’m dressed indecently and I can’t enter o,” she wrote.
In a short video accompanying the X post, Phyna is seen wearing a revealing black jumpsuit.

Some of the comments under her post criticized her for wearing such an outfit, stating the owners of the restaurant had a right to set rules for their business premises.
“At the peak of status, you will find that decency is a core virtue. Nobody wants to see your private body parts in a place of business and financial negotiations,” wrote a user.
Other X users came to Phyna’s defense, also calling out the restaurant.
“What is wrong with the dressing? I think people are still stuck with that African mentality. It’s the restaurant’s loss. Hope they said it in a polite manner. If not, you sue,” one wrote.
