Following the tragic incident of the Nigerian American woman that was shot and killed by her white American lady neighbor in Florida, United States, who is suspected to be racist, an unidentified African American man has blasted Nigeians in America for not showin up to protest for justice for the victim.
This frustrated man recorded the video after the county police were reluctant in arresting and charging the offender giving all kinds of excuses about investigations into the murder. Protesters including Attorney Ben Crump argued that had it been a black woman that shot and killed a white woman, the black woman would have been immediately arrested and charged.
In an audio that obtained by Mataz Arising, the man in the audio asked where Nigerians in America are with the injustice and the atrocity that was perpetrated against the Nigerian woman.
Below is the transcript of the scathing truth about Nigerians and about our governments in Africa;
“Condolences to this lady, it was tragic what happened to her, but, where are the Nigerians in America at?
where are the Nigerians in America where are the Nigerians in America and speaking out against this atrocity, black American should not be on the front lines for Nigerians or people from Africa,
Africa say that we are not them, that we are just some gangbangers and making baby mommas and baby daddies, but where are they?”
Where are the Africans at? That’s what I wanna know. Black Americans are always fighting for them, but they’ll never fight for each other,
this is what happens in their country, that’s why their countries are in shambles right now. Where are the Nigerians at? Where are you Nigerians? Where are you? Why are you not at press conferences? Only black American people are fighting for this beautiful black woman and her family,
Nigerians, do better…..” he advised.
This is what us Nigerians in the US want to know. When we say that Nigeria has to get her acts right, WE SIMPLY MEAN WE HAVE TO GET OUR ACTS RIGHT, WE ARE NOT JUST THE GIANT OF AFRICA, ALL BE IT A SLEEPING ONE, WE ARE THE GIANT OF THE BLACK WORLD WITH GREAT HUMAN AND MINERAL RESOURCES TO SIT AT THE TABLE OF AND WITH THE MOST POWERFUL NATIONS LIKE THE US, CHINA, BRITAIN, RUSSIA, ETC, PERIOD!
If Nigeria were in her rightful position as the leader of the black race, the killings, ill-treatment, and mal-treatment, of black people across the globe, even in America will be greatly reduced. Saudi Arabia gets away with their agenda that does not align with the west’s agenda because of their wealth, in Nigeria, our wealth is being stolen in an obscene fashion and taken to their colonial master’s land, which in turn are used to develop their economies and loaned back to Africans with interest rates that will ensure their continued mental and economic enslavement. if this is not madness, I don’t know what is!
In case we are not aware, 1 out of 7 black people in the world are Nigerians, and Nigeria represents about 20 percent of the total population of sub-Saharan Africa.

The woman who was eventually arrested in Florida, United States on Tuesday, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office and attorneys for the victim. She was charged and accused of shooting her neighbor to death on Friday 6/2/23 after protests from the public, many of which were African Americans.
Susan Louise Lorincz, 58, was arrested for manslaughter with a firearm, culpable negligence, battery and two counts of assault in the death of 35-year-old Ajike Owen, a Nigerian and a mother of four better known as AJ.
According to investigations, Lorincz claimed that she acted in self-defense and that Owens had been trying to break down her door and that Owens had “come after her in the past.”
“Through their investigation – including obtaining the statements of eyewitnesses who only came forward as late as yesterday – detectives were able to establish that Lorincz’s actions were not justifiable under Florida law,” a release from MCSO stated.
Lorincz will make her first appearance in court on Thursday June 8, at 9 a.m., according to the Marion County Clerk of Court.
Civil rights attorney Ben Crump is defending Owens’ family. Crump tweeted, “The unidentified 58-year-old white woman connected to the shooting death of Ajike ‘AJ’ Owens has been arrested. #JusticeForAJ.”
Protestors went to the Ocala courthouse on Tuesday to demand the shooter be arrested. They say Owens’ death was unjustified and that the neighbor had called her children racial slurs.
Pamela Dias, Owens’ mother, said there was a history between Lorincz and the victim.
“Harassed the children in the neighborhood,” Dias said. “Harassed Ajike Shantrelle Owens’ four babies. She called them racial slurs: the N-word, slaves.”
She said there was no reason for a gun to be fired.
“A closed, locked door,” Dias said. “Door never opened. My daughter, my grandchildren’s mother, was shot and killed with her nine-year-old son standing next to her. She had no weapon. She posed no imminent threat to anyone.”
