The appointment of the three Nigerian-born Americans, namely Adewale Adeyemo and Osaremen Okolo and Funmi Olorunnipa Badejo as deputy treasury secretary, COVID-19 advisor and associate counsel respectively sent a message of positivity and inclusiveness among not only the Nigerian Americans, but the to the entire black race.

COMMENT: Unfortunately, had they remained in Nigeria, their ancestral and native land, these young achievers would never have had the opportunity to serve their country without money, lots of it, without Godfathers, without being a Fulani, and especially in a rundown and our economically and educationally wretched and backward country devoid of meaningful infrastructure in all ramifications.
