Despite the hullaballoo over the diaspora support group accounts, the ruling Federal Government of Nigeria’s All Progressive Congress (APC) of President Muhammadu Buhari owned ‘Tinubu/Shettima Diaspora Support Group Limited’ has been discovered, reports.
The company which is registered in the United Kingdom since 15 July 2022 comes as number 14237072; a company registered with guarantee.
The Tinubu/Shettima Diaspora Support Group Limited, investigations revealed that has its initial registered office as 8 Cranford Court Cressingham Grove Sutton England SM1 4E.
Barely six days later, on July 21, investigations revealed that “Tinubu/Shettima Diaspora Support Group Ltd” changed its registered office from “8 Cranford Court Cressingham Grove Sutton England SM1 4E” to now “152-160, City Road, London, City Road, Kemp House, London, England, ECTV 2NX.”
The change in the registered office in UK, does not take effect until the Registrar has registered this form; “For 14 days, beginning with the date that a change of Registered Office is registered, a person may validly serve any documentation on the company at its previous registered office.”
Additionally, it was gathered that the Tinubu/Shettima Diaspora Support Group Ltd, registered as private company limited by guarantee without share capita and has since been incorporated as being active.
Based on UK registration of company laws, the first accounts was made up to July 31, 2023 and is due by April 15, 2024, whereas its first conformation statement date is July 14, 2023 while the due date is by July 28, 2023.
The ‘Tinubu/Shettima Diaspora Support Group Ltd’ as gathered was incorporated by an Irish residence in England, Mr. Frank Azams of 8 Cranford Court Cressingham Grove Sutton, England SM1 4ES, alongside one Carol Azams.
Both directors by guarantees were appointed on the same day the company documentation was filed on July 15, 2022, whilst the registration was electronically filed document for company number: 14237072.
Mr. Frank Azams claimed to be the Publisher/Editor-In-Chief of GOOD WEEK MAGAZINE LTD (14121837) since May 20, 2022 and also claimed directorship in a number of companies either in the initial address or the latest for Tinubu/Shettima Diaspora Support Group Ltd, including “LONDON WEEKLY LTD (12887677), PYRAMID TELEVISION/RADIO BROADCAST NETWORKS LTD (12887729), FRANK AZAMS BUSINESS GROUP LTD (12890361), METROPOLITAN CITY COLLEGE LTD (12277767), IMPERIAL CITY COLLEGE LTD (11156752).
As at the time of filing this report, Frank Azams, who claimed to have been born on December 1958, has had a total number of nine (9) appointments with British Incorporation authority.
