El-Rufai wondered where the two million people to march for Peter Obi in Kaduna State are going to come from.
“In Kaduna? Not Kaduna Twitter?” El-Rufai tweeted in response to a Peter Obi supporter.
“I hope you get Two Hundred persons on the streets, including those ‘imports’ that can’t open their shops on Mondays, and came on the overnight bus last night. I just dey laff, wallahi tallahi!”, the Kaduna State governor said.

Inhis reaction to the tweet by El Rufai, the veteran Nigerian singer and activist Charly Boy, criticised the Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, when he called out the Kaduna State Governor via his social media account. The singer accused El-Rufai of owing salaries while claiming that Kaduna is now a leading state in terrorism.
Charly Boy also made mention of the Kaduna-Abuja train attack, recounting how some of the hostages are still in the custody of bandits.
The singer wrote, “Can you just imagine dis clannish clown, El Rufai, wey dey owe workers salary? Kaduna is now the leading state in terrorism. The once upon a time very peaceful state is now a bandit paradise. Many of the victims of the Kaduna train attack dem still hold hostage. The only tin wey dey worry dis clown na the one million March pass by Peter Obi supporters. Nonsense.”(sic)
