The total takeover of Nigeria by the Fulanis shall have been completed if Tinubu is railroaded and brainwashed to pick a Muslim/ Muslim ticket while Atiku goes on to win by picking a Christian Southerner as running mate.
The race to dominate and take over Nigeria since 1914 and since Independence in 1960 has always been won by the North but no Nigerian President apart from Buhari has done more to demonstrate his resolve to work assiduously to seal the Fulani takeover of Nigeria because today the Fulanis have taken over all the important positions of power in Nigeria.
Buhari and Abdulahi Adamu had initially agreed to pick Ahmad Lawan another Fulani as consensus candidate to take on Atiku of the PDP but they had to abandon the plan to allow the delegates to pick the flag bearer from the South who would then be brainwashed to settle for a Muslim/ Muslim ticket to complete the total takeover of Nigeria as they know that such a move would guarantee the victory of Atiku another Fulani who is going to settle for a Muslim/ Christian ticket which would guarantee that the predominantly Christian South would give Atiku enough Christian vote to beat Tinubu if he settles for a Muslim VP when all is said and done.
If Tinubu agrees to do that and does not look for a credible Christian Northerner from southern Zaria, Benue Plateau and Bornu as VP, he is going to lose to Atiku and would be abandoned and condemned and rejected by the South and even by his Yoruba Southwest for being a sellout to the Fulanis.
But I also agree that the election can be massively rigged. I don’t discount that at all.
The Fulanis would not lose any sleep over Tinubu’s loss as long as power remains in the hand of the Fulanis who now dominate and own the APC and the PDP.
Many in the APC today would massively cross over to the PDP in the North because the two parties are two sides of the same coin.
But the PDP is less culpable today for the tragedy that has now befallen the country in the last 8 years of gross incompetence of the APC.
The 16 years of the PDP are not completely forgotten but they pale into insignificance compared to the Corruption snd the stench and the decadence currently going on in the APC.
I hear that Tinubu is counting on spending over a billion Naira to win. Good luck to him on that.
The Fulanis and the northerners would take his money and still go ahead to massively vote for Atiku and the PDP because the PDP has something to run on right now because of the current state of the Economy, the currency exchange rate, the Corruption in Nigeria, the state of insecurity and Kidnappings and mayhem in Nigeria and religious unrest in Nigeria and the refusal of the APC to embrace true Federalism in Nigeria which Atiku has promised to address if elected and even if he does not mean it, but it is a “no go” area for Tinubu in his desperation to appease the North just to fulfil his life ambition to be President.
I know that evil genius like Fani Kayode is among those desperately trying to convince Tinubu to settle for a Muslim/Muslim ticket. If Buhari had settled for a Muslim/ Muslim ticket in 2015, he would have lost to Goodluck Jonathan.
I know individuals like Nasir El Rufai and even Ribadu would agree to run with Tinubu, if he jettisons the idea of choosing a Christian as his running mate but that move is a set-up.
The Christian South is never going to trust a Muslim/ Muslim ticket. It is a panacea for Disaster given where the country is today and the determination of Buhari and his minions to invite many more Fulanis from West Africa to create a permanent home and country for them in Nigeria. The Fulanis are already n the bushes and Forests of the South. Believe it or not and all of them are armed to the teeth just awaiting the order to strike and when?
You will never see or hear Tinubu confront that speculation or possibility. He even summarily denied that the Fulani terrorists are trooping in to terrorize or to take over Nigeria. He once argued that the Fulani terrorists did not kill Chief Fashoranti’s daughter.
What can Tinubu do as Commander-in-Chief of a Military heavily dominated by one ethnic group of the country? He cannot remove any of the officers or the existing structure he inherited without creating problems for himself. He has said he is going to continue what Buhari has done.
This view may be unpopular today but it is the truth that needs be told. A Muslim VP like El Rufai to a Muslim Tinubu as President is going to be like the proverbial tail wagging the dog which is a classic absurdity.
I can tell you that the development would fast-track the breakup of Nigeria with the Yoruba Nation and Biafra and the Middle Belt and the South/ South going their separate ways.
Tinubu must resent the temptation to settle for a Muslim/ Muslim ticket. Those who argue that competence and managerial capacity are all that Nigerians are looking for just don’t appreciate the power and the influence of religion and what it can do to a country like Nigeria where fake pastors and fake Islamic clerics are two for a Penny
Either way, Nigeria remains a Pandora Box or a ticking time bomb waiting to explode from this analysis.
