Photos of Governor Fubara and President Tinubu surfaced online, believed to have been taken during today’s meeting at the Lagos’ residence of the president.

Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has again met with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The meeting took place yesterday at the residence of the president in Lagos.
The meeting comes amid the ongoing political crisis in Rivers State, which led to the suspension of Governor Fubara, his deputy Ngozi Odu, and all elected members of the State House of Assembly.
The suspension, announced by President Tinubu three months ago during a nationwide broadcast, was part of a six-month state of emergency declared to restore order in the state.
The president cited the worsening political rift between the governor and lawmakers as the reason for the drastic action, aimed at stabilizing the state’s governance.
Photos of Governor Fubara and President Tinubu surfaced online, believed to have been taken during their meeting.
While details of their conversation remain undisclosed, the meeting has stirred speculation about possible resolutions to the lingering crisis in the state.
