Benedict Akika, a key ally of Governor Seyi Makinde and chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State, was reportedly kidnapped by gunmen late Wednesday night.
The abduction is said to have occurred at Akika’s residence in Idi-Ape along Akobo Ojurin-Olohunda road, Ibadan.
