Nicolas who is said to have killed Isaiah will be held without bond, an Anne Arundel County judge decided on Thursday.
It would be recalled that Olugbemi was found shot multiple times Monday night in the area of Meadowmist Way and Stehlik Drive in Odenton.
Despite being rushed to Baltimore, he didn’t not survive the incident.
Detectives obtained video surveillance footage showing Giroux, walking directly to Olugbemi with a handgun before shooting him multiple times and fleeing the scene on foot, according to court documents.
According to the Police, Giroux confessed to the shooting on June 18.
Abraham Olugbemi, the victim’s brother, was quoted as saying that Giroux was Isaiah Olugbemi’s neighbour. He alleged Giroux threatened Isaiah Olugbemi at least two other times with a gun this year; once in January and a second time in June.
It was revealed that Giroux fired six to 14 shots at Olugbemi, paused and then fired at least three more times.
In memory of the deceased Isaiah, his family set up an online memorial for him on Ever Loved. If you wish, you may contribute to the fund for his burial by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.

It is with deep sorrow and disbelief that we announce the tragic loss of Isaiah Oludayo Olugbemi. Isaiah, a beloved father, son, brother, and friend, was taken from us at the young age of 27 due to senseless violence. His passing has left his family shattered and his community in mourning.
Isaiah Olugbemi was known as a devoted father, cherished son, and brother, esteemed by the communities of Odenton, MD, and the Christ Apostolic Church. He was a dedicated protector to his loved ones, filled with hope and ambition. His determination and passion were evident to all who knew him. As a promising boxer, Isaiah was on the verge of turning professional, having recently achieved a national championship bringing him closer to achieving his dreams of stardom. He shared his dream with his mother of buying her a new home once he made it big.
Tragically, on the evening of June 17th, Isaiah was fatally shot multiple times in front of his home, mere feet away from his beloved two-year-old son and his parents. The apparent shooter-a neighbor has been apprehended and the investigation is ongoing. As we await justice, the void Isaiah’s absence leaves behind is immeasurable.
As we mourn Isaiah’s untimely departure, we also seek justice and support for his grieving family. Isaiah’s family faces not only profound emotional loss but also financial burdens during this difficult time. Your generosity will provide assistance with funeral expenses, legal fees, and support for his young child’s future.
Let us remember Isaiah for the vibrant life he lived—marked by passion, determination, and a pursuit of excellence. Thank you for your kindness, support, and for keeping Isaiah’s family in your thoughts and prayers during this heartbreaking time.
