Intelligence report reaching Mataz Arising late on Saturday should be taken seriously. The report alleges/claims/informs that, Lagos is under surveillance by terrorists under code name, Opereation SKYFALL. “I am so frustrated with what I am seeing……..so leveraged on some contacts and of course I got introduced to some folks………in an hotel along………….., Lagos”.
“Listen, I know about Kuje Prison Break. I profiled that operation. Unfortunately the main guys why the Prison Break was carried out were not found there. Look, I need help! I don’t like what am been used for ok and I’ve been asking myself how I got here hmmmm!
But I guess it’s not too late either to make a U TURN….
Lagos is under surveillance now and operation SKYFALL is on it’s way. 4 venues of maximum casualties have been made known to me. And 3 of these are Churches within Victoria lsland and lekki axis. And the 4th is the international Airport…”
“Listen Bro., I had to borrow this phone am using to chat you from the front desk guy at the hotel cos though they left me with two phones but I know those phones would’ve been burgged so I begged this guy to allow me to use his phone to login and see few persons I can contact…..”
“Please bro, do the needful,”
The Southwest must be vigilant, our security situation must be taken very, very seriously, and no Intel report of any kind should be waved off as a rumor. Reports out there have it that the Nigerian military and other security agencies were given intelligence reports on the Kaduna Abuja terrorists train attack and that of Kuje Prison which the agencies never acted on. Again, in early June, a Catholic church in Owo, Ondo State, was attacked by terrorists, with over 50 casualties which the Federal government quickly blamed on ISWAP.
Also, security and intelligence reports have it that our forests in the Southwest have been taken over by Fulani herdsmen/terrorists, armed with dangerous weapons. Our security and intelligence agencies already know that due to our porous borders and collaboration with some traitors in government and the civil society, more than 6 million sophisticated and powerful guns have been smuggled into Nigeria from Libya and other places, of which 98% are in the hands of terrorists, herdsmen and ‘bandits’.
Chief Olu Falae, during his interview with Mataz Arising TV interview, expressed his concerns about the possibility that the 2023 presidential election in Nigeria may not happen due terrorism, due to power struggles, and other agenda. Many other notable Nigerians have shared the same sentiments privately and publicly. May be they aware of things we are not.
Lagosians must be extremely vigilant and careful of their immediate vicinity in ensuring that their security is assured as much as possible, and to take all and any necessary steps in doing so.
The governors, Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, and Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State, and indeed every Southwest governors should be strongly advised not to take, and, or treat this warning lightly. They must do something about these foreigners in our forests. Let them come into town to live like everyone else. The military and the police can assist in clearing their forests. This must be done, and done quickly to secure and save the lives of their citizens. A stitch in time saves nine. If the governors should fail, and Yoruba land suffers mass casualties to these reprehensible blood sucking terrorists, then they will have blood on their hands and will be held responsible.
Unfortunately, from the antecedents of the federal government under Mr. Buhari, is either incaple, unwilling, or both to help. If the southwest governors approach him for help from the military in getting rid of these enemies in our bushes and forests, the president’s response will tell Nigerians which of the three it is.
If you are in the Southwest for better life, come and live with and among them as fellow citizens, be registered and not reside in our bushes and forests as unknown people, especially at this precariously dangerous times.
Drastic problems demand drastic solutions.
May God save Nigeria!
