Deji Adeyanju, a former Youth Leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), on Thursday claimed that the All Progressives Congress (APC) may “embarrass” former President Goodluck Jonathan at Eagle Square when the presidential primaries hold later this month.
There were reports on Wednesday, that Jonathan had joined the APC.
The former president, Jonathan contested the presidency as an incumbent on the platform of the PDP in 2015 and lost to President Muhammadu Buhari, whose second term in office is it’s twilight. thankfully so.
The ex president has, however, been rumoured to be interested in contesting the presidency in the 2023 polls, and under the platform of APC to which he has issued statements denying these reports that will not go away.
But Adeyanju is warning him that the APC is a “dishonest” party.
“What is Goodluck Jonathan really looking for again? These APC people are extremely dishonest; they may embarrass him at Eagle Square,” Adeyanju wrote on his known Twitter handle.
