Putin’s ultimate goal is to resuscitate the defunct Soviet Union back to its former glory regardless of what America thinks.
Vladimir Putin is neither Stalin nor Peter the Great but compared to Mikhail Gorbachev and Boris Yelsin, he is a great Russian Leader and KGB smooth operator.
I said it before in a previous article that part of the ultimate mission of Putin is to avenge the fall or the break-up of the Old Soviet Union and to punish the United States for leading the dismemberment of the 15 Russian Republics, and to bring back to the fold few if not all of those countries sharing border with Russia like Ukraine which have not formally joined NATO and are therefore not covered by the Article 5 of the NATO Charter.
Putin’s goal is to start a new formidable Military Alliance with China and North Korea to replace the defunct Warsaw Pact previously led by Russia.
For Putin to succeed in doing that, he first had to find his own Mikhail Gorbachev in Donald Trump to put in the White House to do for Russia what Mikhail Gorbachev was able to do for America and his Allies in the West to destabilize the old Soviet Union.
He had succeeded in doing that even though he had succeeded in waking up America from her slumber.
A second term for Donald Trump in the White House would have spelt disaster for NATO and for America as the arrow head of NATO. America should thank God for having a President in Joe Biden who fully understands that America without the support and solidarity of her Allies in Europe and elsewhere around the world is like a naked Emperor or an empty barrel which makes the loudest noise.
Putin’s decision to carve out two independent Republics out of embattled Ukraine is now his first salvo at taking Ukraine back and only God can tell what happens to the other 15 Russian Republics if he succeeds in forming a more formidable Military Alliance with China as a counterforce to NATO than what he previously had in the Warsaw Pact. Putin has always regarded Ukraine the former Food Basket as part and parcel of Russia, if not as her crown jewel.
If Putin supports China in taking over Taiwan and Hong Kong in the fullness of time, China would also support Putin in taking back not just Crimea but Ukraine and the two independent Republics he has just carved out of Ukraine today thru an Executive Order signed into Law as the maximum dictator of Russia.
The threat of severe economic sanctions from the West may not serve as enough deterrence to Putin because he could easily neutralize the effect of those sanctions by looking up to China and to North Korea and cutting other corners yet to be revealed.
The next shoe to drop is Putin simultaneously signing a defense pact with the two newly created but Russian dominated Donetsk and Luhansk and to use that as an excuse or “Causus Belli” to station his troops as peace keepers in the 2 Republics just like he has done to Crimea with little or no resistance at all. Call him a thug or a mad man. He is a KGB operator who is used to being called names. There is a method to his insanity. If he manages to return Donald Trump back to the White House, it’s all over for America and NATO.
Putin could from his two subservient Republics launch an attack on Kiev, take over the whole country and install a puppet Regime that would be loyal to him. One by one he could start to take back the 15 Russian Republics.
There is no way on Earth that Ukraine on her own could withstand or defeat Russia and there is very little that America or NATO could do to save Ukraine at this point other than maximum pressure thru the United Nations where Russia and China also have veto powers like the United States and are also members of the UN Security Council. Ukraine has to be hoping for the best but bracing up for the worst in a face- off with Russia.
Putin has used Donald Trump to sow enough division and distrust within America and between America and her Allies in Europe to create any serious and lasting problems for Putin. A vote for Trump is a vote for Putin because Trump is Putin’s stooge. You have to be living in another Planet if you don’t yet know or understand that reality
Donald Trump has not only staged a Coup in America on January 6 with some clandestine support from Putin and the KGB. Trump is still actively fomenting trouble in America as he tries to destabilize the Biden Administration and to replace Democracy with Autocracy by indirectly making appeasement to Putin.
The sooner America wakes up to overwhelmingly reject Donald Trump and his appeasement to Russia and to put him to where he belongs, the better for America.
If Democracy fails in America that would be the end of Democracy in Europe and elsewhere around the World.
That would simply mean that Dictatorship and Communism have defeated Democracy and Capitalism all over the World and that could also lead to a major realignment of countries and a big shake-up in World Order as we have all come to know it.
I do not believe that sanctions alone would be enough to deter Putin as most of the American Allies have their own individual problems and security concerns as Putin has also tried to divide them just like he has done to America.
Russia may not be able to sell her goods and products but on Energy and Oil he could easily find other buyers and trading partners.
This development could cause a lot of problems that America and her European Allies have not factored into their equation as Democratic countries which do not have a central control system and a one- man rule like all Communist Countries do.
The Communists are far more united than Democratic countries and they speak with one voice unlike the Tower of Babel we have in America in particular.
If you listen to Fox News, Channel 5, you would think that Rupert Murdock is a paid agent or apologists for Communist Russia as characters like Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity and the rest of them on that Cable TV are rooting for Russia and criticizing American Government while openly siding with Donald Trump and his boss in the KGB.
If you don’t believe me, just ask Malcolm Nance, the Black Intelligence officer and a brilliant guy with the best analysis on this Development in my opinion.

The article below posted by brilliant Toyin Omodara on WhatsApp on “why Ukraine matters” clearly lays out why KGB Putin would damn any consequence to take back Ukraine even if it is going to cost him his life.
It also explains why the Russian Aggression on Ukraine is also as legit as the Nazis and Moscow’s invasion of Poland in 1939 to mark the beginning of the Second World War. History is about to repeat itself.
Putin’s invasion of Ukraine could predictably lead to the beginning of the Third World War if care is not taken.

4th world’s largest manufacturer of rocket launchers;

Ukraine matters. That is why its independence is important to the rest of the world.
Part of my mission in sharing this article is to help the fans of my column all over the world to fully comprehend and understand why Ukraine is worth fighting for and why America as leader of the Free World and the Bastion of Democracy and NATO and the European Union and the United Nations cannot afford to be playing the fiddle while Ukraine is burnt down to ashes by Communist Russia.
