Igbokwe in a post on Facebook on Friday, claimed that land grabbers are a “potentially dangerous and formidable cartel”.
Public commentator Joe Igbokwe has urged the Federal Government to protect the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, from alleged land grabbers.
Igbokwe in a post on Facebook on Friday, claimed that land grabbers are a “potentially dangerous and formidable cartel”.
He alleged that the land grabbers have captured Abuja lands, stressing that the crime has been going on for many years.
He wrote, “Abuja land grabbers are professional thieves. They are vicious, potentially dangerous, a formidable cartel. It has been going on for years.
“The business is big and the professional land grabbers are big also. FCT lands are their own. FG protect Wike!”
Igbokwe’s remark is on the backdrop of the recent clash between Wike and a naval officer who blacked the Minister from gaining access into a portion of land in the territory.
In a viral video that trended a few days ago, the FCT Minister and the soldier were seen engaging in a heated exchange that later triggered reactions across the country.
